This morning I woke early. Still dark I turned on my small lamp and lit a tea candle followed by a stick of Japanese incense. I bowed to my chair . I counted breaths trying to catch the feeling, the sensations, flowing through me. Yesterday my mind was all over the shop , now at least for this period the sea is becalmed. I find it hard to stay on track but today at least I feel sort of peaceful. It is a constant process in this period of Coronavirus. It doesn’t bother me the solitude . In fact the danger is I love it too much. Still these moments are to be cherished in this era of noise and distraction. When I was in Nepal a girl gave me a pin of the snow leopard. No, I haven’t seen the snow leopard. Isn’t it wonderful!
